Any form of failure report received is registered in our system, then forwarded to one of our competent colleagues. In 4 hours from receipt, our colleagues will contact you or the person given as a contact. Further steps or possible solutions will be discussed. That is why it's important to give a competent person as a contact whether it is the same one who sent failure report or someone else who knows the facility and HVAC system well. In case of failure reports taken on phone (or even personally), contact's name and phone number have to be given.
