F.A.Q.

What should I do if…

…The sub center doesn’t communicate and/or the display is black?
* Check if the switchboard is under power
* Check the control circuit’s fuse
* Check the 24V transformer’s primer and secondary fuse
* Contact us!

…The fans, pumps, complete system doesn’t start/stop?
* Check, on the switchboard, the power delivery supply, fuses, and temperature protectors
* Check the security and interlock conditions (fire, frost protection, air flow)
* Check the system and local blocking switches
* In manual mode, makes sure the rotation machinery works properly
* Put every system switch into AUT
* Check on the display if every digital output is in AUTOMATIC mode, if not then do so
* Check if questioned system start is in STARTED (ELINDITVA), if not then do so
* Check if the system(s) should be in time program, depending on system start, is in AUTOMATIC mode, if not then do so
* Check if the system has the right date and time, if not then set it.
* Contact us!

…. The system doesn’t change to the proper mode? (Heating-Cooling/Winter-Summer)?
* If there is then check in the switchboard the system switch status
* If it is in DIRECT mode, then put it into the proper mode according to the season
* Check if the mode switch output is in AUTOMATIC, if not then do so
* Check if the mode switch starter is in AUTOMATIC, if not then do so
* If the system still didn’t change, maybe the temperature conditions are blocking the system change, or the time program didn’t arrive to the changing date. It is usually the 20th or the 40th week’s first day, but it can be different according to the programming
* Check the system time and date, if it isn’t correct, the set it properly
* If you still want to change the mode, then use the system mode switch in DIRECT mode

… The valve movers don’t open or close the valve?
* Check the switchboard if it is under power
* Check the control circuit’s fuse
* Check the 24V transformer’s primer and secondary fuse
* Check the system and local blocking switches
* Put every switch into AUT mode
* Check on the display if every digital output is in AUTOMATIC mode, if not then do so
* Check if questioned system start is in STARTED (ELINDITVA), if not then do so
* Check if the system(s) should be in time program, depending on system start, is in AUTOMATIC mode, if not then do so
* Check if the system has the right date and time, if not then set it.

… The temperature/humidity measurements are showing unrealistic high values or constantly swinging between high values?
* This problem can only be solve by our colleagues, contact us!

…. System works, control works, but it is warm/cold enough?
* Check the cooling/heating supply system (coolers/furnace)
* Check the existence of the cooling/heating energy amount at the consumers
* Check the consumers’ patency (kalorifer, register plugging)
* typical engineering problem is faced, call us, but as much as we want, it is unlikely that we can help you

…. In the monitoring system, the sub center and the master has different colors, but I don’t know them?
* You should take a look at our chart:

DARKBLUE        Default state (empty, but ready)
GREEN        Operating Status, without failure report
RED            Default state (with failure report)
YELLOW        Stopped (program doesn’t run)
LIGHT BLUE        Doesn’t communicate
LIGHT GREY        Not in the system
